Automate class feature testing

This class can be used to automate tests of class features and show execution time of each test.

To test a class it must extend this unit test class. It calls each of class methods and checks whether they return the expected results.

The test results are presented in an HTML table. For the tests that failed, the class also presents the output of the respective function.

Populate a MySQL database with random data

This class can be used to populate a MySQL database with random data.

It can scan the list of tables and fields of a MySQL database and generate SQL INSERT statements that will fill the tables with records with random data.

The class tries to populate each record field with values that seem appropriate based on the field name.

Then it can either execute the generated SQL statements or save them to a file.

Generate random data sets from sample data

This package can be used to generate random data sets from sample data.

It can be used to generate data sets with a given format for testing systems that expect input data in that format.

There is an abstract base class for generating arbitrary data sets from sample data taken from arrays or data files.

There is also a concrete class for generating profiles for United States users with with fictional yet realistic data.

The user profile data includes the first name, last name, street address, zip code, e-mail and phone. It can be used to test systems that expect users to sign-up filling forms to provide this kind of personal information.
